General Spanish Course
This is the most popular course among our Spanish courses abroad,
and runs throughout the year at all levels from beginners to advanced.
Classes focus on the four main language skills of speaking, listening,
reading and writing, combined with aspects of local culture. This
type of Spanish course is recommended for those who wish to learn
the language at a steady pace and attracts students of all ages
and backgrounds. Classes usually take place Monday to Friday in
the morning, although in high season they make take place in the
afternoon.
Intensive Spanish Course
This course is similar to the general Spanish course in that it
runs throughout the year and at all levels from beginners to advanced.
It is recommended for those who want to take a Spanish course
abroad, but who may have less time to study and/or who want more
intensive language tuition each week. The average age is usually
higher than that of the general Spanish course and student motivation
is strong. Classes focus on the four main language skills of reading,
writing, listening and speaking, and take place Monday to Friday
both in the morning and the afternoon.
Individual Spanish Course
This is the one of our most effective Spanish courses abroad,
and is designed to adapt to the specific requirements of you,
the student. It is tailor-made to your individual needs and interests,
and will progress at just the right speed for you. At the beginning
of the course you will sit down with your teacher and discuss
your requirements and goals. Sometimes you will alternate teachers
to give you exposure to different Spanish accents and/or to learn
vocabulary specific to your business. Unlike group courses, it
is sometimes possible to start your individual course on a day
other than a Monday.
Combined Spanish Course
This course is ideal for combining the experience of learning
the language in a group whilst at the same time receiving individual
classes. The group classes in the morning encourage student interaction
and help you improve your practical communication skills. The
individual classes in the afternoon allow you to work on areas
you may feel need extra practise or which are of particular interest
to you. The students who usually take this type of Spanish course
are generally highly motivated to learn as much Spanish as they
can in the shortest time possible. Classes take place Monday to
Friday.

SPANISH COURSE ACCOMMODATION

Host family: Living with a local family is by far the
best way to complement your Spanish course abroad. This will mean
you are actually staying in the house of a carefully selected
family, in close vicinity of the school, and have the unique opportunity
to experience Spanish culture first-hand!
Student residence: This is a great way to meet other students
from all over the world.
Shared flat: A third accommodation option available with
some schools is the shared flat or apartment, usually in close
vicinity of the school. With
